Champagne Experience & Business Development Intern
About the job
About Senfineco
Senfineco is an independent Champagne boutique and private tasting experience located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. We specialize in small, independent Champagne growers and rare cuvées, with a strong focus on education, hospitality, and introducing an international clientele to a different side of Champagne.
We are looking for a Champagne Experience & Business Development Intern to join our small international team in Paris.
This is a highly hands-on internship. You will work directly with the founders and gain experience across customer experience, Champagne, retail, business development, and the day-to-day operations of a growing independent company.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming international clients and assisting with private Champagne tastings
Learning about our portfolio of independent Champagne growers and their wines
Helping prepare and organize tasting experiences
Assisting with customer service and Champagne sales in the boutique
Supporting business development and new partnerships
Helping develop relationships with hotels, concierges, companies, and other partners
Supporting the daily organization and operations of the boutique
Assisting with stock, deliveries, orders, and product presentation
Contributing ideas for new experiences, partnerships, events, and business projects
Gradually learning to lead Champagne tastings independently after training
The internship is designed to provide much more responsibility than a traditional hospitality internship. Because Senfineco is a small entrepreneurial business, the intern will work closely with the founders and see how different areas of the company operate.

RARE & VINTAGE CHAMPAGNE STORE IN PARIS
Created by Nicolas Kudashkin and Dalton Folsch, Senfineco is an independent Champagne store in Paris built around a non-classical vision of Champagne.
Rather than following traditional industry codes, Senfineco focuses on character, rarity, and emotional resonance — selecting grower Champagne, vintage cuvées, and limited-production bottles for their identity, tension, and story.
Rooted in design, curation, and contemporary wine culture, the project explores Champagne through weekly tastings, private experiences, and a constantly evolving selection of producers from across the region.
