Edsa Shangri-La, Manila is the only five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila's second largest business district. Adjacent to two major shopping complexes in the country - Shangri-La Plaza Mall and SM Megamall. It is seven-kilometres from the Makati Central Business District and 13 kilometers from the international airport.
As Chef de Partie - All Day Dining, we rely on you to:
- Assist and support the Sous Chef in the overall operation of the kitchen
- Consistently deliver and maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards
- Ensure kitchen equipments are well maintained and operational
- Assist in maximising profitability
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as Chef de Partie in high volume catering/and or 5-star hotel environment
- Is up to date with new culinary trends available in the market
- Is knowledgeable about HACCP guidelines
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Communicates and writes in English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Enjoys being challenged
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
- Committed to serving food of the highest quality
- Willing to work shifts
