As a Service Leader - Hygiene & Sanitation, we rely on you to作为一名食品卫生主管，你的主要工作职责为：

1. Assist Hygiene & Sanitation Manager to carry out training in hygiene food preparation practices

2. Assist related departments in identifying problems and developing solutions to reduce guest complaints

3. Assist Hygiene & Sanitation Manager to monitor all related departments the conditions of SFS & IS022000 system implement

4. Prepare related report accordingly.

1、协助食品卫生经理进行食品准备方面的卫生操作规程的培训

2、帮助相关部门识别问题并找到解决方案以减少客人投诉

3、协助食品卫生经理监督各相关部门SFS及IS022000体系的实施情况

4、准备食品卫生相关的报告
