About the Role

As our Driver / Logistics / Maintenance team member, you're the reliable, friendly face behind the scenes who keeps the day running smoothly from safe guest transfers to light maintenance and logistical support. You'll be part of a tight-knit team committed to upholding our high standards, all while enjoying the incredible lifestyle that the Alps offer.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Logistics:
- Daily guest shuttles to/from lifts
- Weekly evening restaurant transfers - Airport transfers
- Shopping trips and errands
- Vehicle safety checks

Maintenance:
- Daily hot tub upkeep
- Minor repairs and snow/ice clearance - Groundskeeping

Housekeeping Support:
- Deep cleans
- Daily cleaning support
- Maintain outdoor/communal areas

Chalet Support:
- Emergency food prep cover
- Understand the menu to assist if needed

Team & Guest Experience:
- Welcome guests
- First contact on managers day off
- Escort guests to medical help if needed
- Handle basic issues and escalate when necessary

What Were Looking For

- EU Driving Licence (23+) or previous driving experience (B1 licence)
- Excellent spoken English
- Timekeeping & self-motivation
- Friendly and problem-solving attitude - Practical and adaptable
- High standards and guest focus

Role Info

- Location: Morzine, France
- Contract: Full-time seasonal
- Schedule: 5 days/week (some 6-day weeks with time rolled over) - Cross-functional work across all Skiology chalets
