About the job

The main responsibilities include:
• Customer care through phone and email demands.
• Manage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.
• Use of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.
• Follow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel “spoiled”.
• Revise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.

• Study allowance of 600 euros per month. • One meal per day. • A dynamic internship where you will experience the entire Reservations department. • Working in a hotel (chain) with a lot of opportunities. • Excellent opportunities for internal training and schooling during the internship. • Excellent opportunities for international career development after the internship.

About you

• Hospitality education.
• Strong social and communication skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail work attitude.
• Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English languages, French is a plus.
• You don't have to be a specialist already, but you are eager to learn.
• Available for 6 months, 5 days a week, 40 hours of internship per week.
