• A degree from a prestigious Gastronomic Institution, complemented by a rigorous culinary apprenticeship.
• A proven track record of leading kitchen operations within high-end restaurants or hotel establishments, with a clear financial success benchmark and a flair for elevating culinary standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Greek and or English, enabling seamless communication across our diverse clientele and team.
