Are you ready for a winter you’ll never forget? Imagine working above the Arctic Circle, surrounded by pure nature with snow-covered forests. Your days are spent creating high-quality food, and your free-time could mean chasing the Northern Lights, visit Santa Claus, skiing, or relaxing in a traditional sauna. 

We are looking for professional COOKS to work in high-quality restaurants within well-known hotel chains and ski resorts across Lapland, Northern Finland.

Do you have experience supporting the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef in daily food preparation? Are you able to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and presentation in a professional kitchen environment? If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!


We are recruiting for the Christmas season and for the whole Winter season 2026-2027:

  • Christmas season is appr. 1st Dec 2026 - 3rd Jan 2027
  • Winter season starts in mid-November 2026 and ends in March 2027

You can choose which one you prefer: a shorter period during Christmas holiday, or the whole winter in a winter wonderland, Lapland.

  • Number of positions: 10
  • Salary is according to collective agreement, between 2,179€ - 2,392€/month for full-time employment.
  • Accommodation is located nearby and costs around 200-400 €/month/bed/per person. Accommodations are for employees only.
  • Beautiful Finnish nature and a chance to enjoy winter activities in scenic Lapland. During winter time, for example, northern lights, skiing, huskies, snowshoeing, slalom... You will receive info from us on how to arrive and work in Finland and how to make the best of your time here.
  • Department: F&B kitchen

About you

* EU-citizenship/passport or valid working permit to Finland.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in the sector.
* Proper and safe usage of all kitchen equipment.
* Have knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
* Be able to clearly define productivity standards with quality requirements and methods required to obtain them.
* Good hygiene knowledge and HACCP Standards.
* High energy, ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced role, good organizational skills.

  • Language required: English.
