About the job
Located in the heart of the Amoreiras neighbourhood, on one of Lisbon’s most prestigious streets, surrounded by historic buildings, charming gardens, museums, historic monuments and an aqueduct, an elegant 20th-century mansion converted into a luxurious 15-room boutique hotel opens its doors as Sublime Lisboa.
We are looking to strengthen our team with:
WAITER (M/F) - DAVVERO
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting guests, providing the necessary information and recommendations;
- Carrying out pre-service preparations for the restaurant;
- Ensure that all areas of the restaurant are always in excellent condition, clean, and ready to welcome customers;
- Assist with stock control, ordering and carrying out periodic stock-takes;
- Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of equipment, utensils and raw materials;
- Ensure the correct use of equipment, utensils and raw materials;
- Comply with HACCP standards;
- Handle complaints and suggestions.

About you
- Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in the luxury sector;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written (minimum B2);
- Proficiency in Italian is an advantage, but not essential;
- Resilience and the ability to overcome challenges;
- A team player.
- Languages required: Portuguese and English. Italian is a plus
