What Will You Do?
- Welcome guests and provide professional service throughout their stay.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Communicate with guests in English on a daily basis.
- Manage phone calls and email correspondence.
- Cooperate closely with other hotel departments.
- Provide administrative support to Front Office operations.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of hotel reception procedures and standards.

About you
Who Are We Looking For?
- Students of hospitality, tourism, business, or related fields.
- Candidates available for a minimum internship period of 4 months.
- Friendly, positive, and guest-oriented personalities.
- Good command of the English language.
- Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
- Reliable, motivated, and professional individuals with a passion for hospitality.
