Assistant Waiter

We are looking for an Assistant Waiter who supports the service team by assisting with food and beverage service, table setup, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to ensure guests receive efficient and professional service.

• Assist waiters in serving food and beverages to guests
• Prepare and set up tables before service
• Clear used dishes, glasses, and cutlery from tables
• Refill water, bread, condiments, and other guest requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Support the restaurant team during busy service periods
• Assist in carrying trays and delivering orders accurately
• Ensure service stations are fully stocked
• Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards
• Help with opening and closing duties

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic customer service skills
• Physical ability to stand and carry trays for long periods
• Attention to cleanliness and detail
• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is an advantage
