SWOT Hospitality is looking for a charming Hostess to join our team in Antalya, Turkey Rixos The Land of Legends.
To be successful as a Hostess you should have an excellent interpersonal skill, a passion for hospitality by curating a wonderful guest experience through warm welcome and engaging approach.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests to the restaurant
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor the reservations and guests’ arrival
• Welcome the guests and assist them to their assigned table.
• Greet customers upon arrival and after their dining.
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
• Maintain a clean reception area
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g., children, elderly)
• Answer incoming calls and address guest’s queries
• Assist wait staff as needed

About you
Qualifications:
• Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress
• Understanding of restaurant sequence of service
• Understanding of reservation system
• Availability to work in shifts as needed and once-a-week split shifts.
• Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
