About you
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- In your leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the events sales department achieves the hotels’ financial, business, and marketing objectives, set by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- You’ll also be responsible for maintaining direct oversight over the events sales department.
- You will work closely with Revenue Management, Food & Beverage, Finance and the Front Office departments of the hotel to develop and execute an annual Sales budget.
- You will have a passion for looking for the best talent and develop their careers.
- You will ensure that the events team members understand their roles and will clearly communicate them the strategic vision and objectives on how to drive sales and improve performances.
- As a member of the Hotel’s senior management team, you will be responsible for providing the Executive Committee with regular data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
- It will be critical for you to consider every situation as a commercial and marketing opportunity to showcase the Hotel products and services.
