F&B TRAINEE – YOUR MISSION
As a Food & Beverage Trainee at The Lodge Mallorca, you will be part of a transformative learning experience, merging your passion for gastronomy with our dedication to luxury service and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering exceptional service and creating lasting guest impressions
- Supporting renowned chefs and learning culinary excellence
- Developing upselling techniques and menu expertise
- Creating a warm, welcoming environment through guest interaction
- Participating in daily operations and dining room setup
- Gaining insight into billing and payment procedures
- Engaging with a supportive, collaborative team
- Embracing continuous learning and personal development
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- The ability to sign an internship agreement with your school/university
- A high level of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and initiative
- A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn

About you
Valid NIE (Foreigner Identification Number) or DNI (National Identity Document).
Visa or work authorization allowing you to undertake an internship in Spain.
- Language required: English. Spanish is a plus
