The Role
We are seeking a service-driven individual to join our five-star team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin or further your career within one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working alongside a professional and welcoming team, you will help create memorable "Merrion Moments" for both guests and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
* Meeting, greeting, and engaging with guests in a warm and professional manner
* Delivering, retrieving, and storing guest belongings, including luggage assistance
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in front-of-house and back-of-house areas
* Liaising with chauffeur and taxi drivers, tour guides, and couriers
* Managing items left for collection
* Parking and retrieving guests' vehicles safely and efficiently
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who is professional, courteous, and an effective communicator with both guests and colleagues. A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for service are essential, along with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards expected of a luxury hotel.
Flexibility is required, as this role involves shift work.
This is a part-time position, primarily working weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
