As our Business Development Manager you drive the growth and expansion of TSH by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue through the acquisition of new clients. Reporting to our Regional Commercial Manager, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to keep our rooms and spaces buzzing with life. This is your playground to own your pipeline, close deals, and make a real commercial impact with plenty of autonomy. What You’ll Do
- ou'll conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments.
- You'll stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new leads and emerging markets.
- Your proactive approach will lead you to seek out and generate new business leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.
- You'll develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to create a pipeline of potential clients.
- You'll work with and give direction to the digital marketing team on online lead generation campaigns.
- You'll engage with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, presentations, and meetings to introduce the company's products or services.
- You'll build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance the likelihood of successful business partnerships.
What You’ll Have
- You bring solid experience in B2B sales or partnership management, corporate or education-focused, ideally within hospitality, travel, mobility, or the education sector.
- You'll set an example through a professional, friendly attitude towards your team and community.
- You'll lead by example, with the TSH brand values in mind & demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to deliver the expected results.
- You'll be responsible for your own personal planning and work organization
- You have a proven track record of finding, negotiating, and closing commercial deals independently.
- You bring a strong commercial mindset and a data-driven approach to tracking your own performance.
- You have exceptional communication skills, making it easy for you to connect with cross-functional teams and external partners alike.
- You have a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit and are fully comfortable working with minimal guidance.
- You are fluent in both English and German, and you are eligible to work in Austria.
