As we continue to grow across Europe, we're looking for a Regional Fit-Out Manager to lead the delivery of fit-out projects across Iberia.
As the Regional Fit-Out Manager for Iberia, you'll take ownership of delivering fit-out projects across the region. You'll lead projects from kick-off through opening, ensuring every space is completed on time, within budget, and to The Social Hub's quality standards. Alongside managing your own projects, you'll also take a regional perspective by overseeing fit-out projects across Iberia when needed, providing guidance and direction to Project Managers and ensuring a consistent approach to delivery across the region.

What You’ll Do
- Lead fit-out projects across the Iberia region from project initiation to opening.
- Own project planning, budgets, programmes, quality, risk, and commercial performance.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
- Oversee multiple projects across the region, balancing priorities and resources to meet business needs.
- Support and coordinate Project Managers to ensure consistent project delivery.
- Act as a regional point of contact for fit-out projects, providing reporting, escalation, and decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by standardising processes and sharing best practices across the Fit-Out team.
What You’ll Have
- 7+ years of experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, preferably in hospitality, retail, or other design-led environments.
- Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, and construction, with the ability to translate design intent into high-quality execution
- Excellent project and commercial management skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead multiple project teams simultaneously.
- A sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Structured, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
