Main Purpose of Job: Member concierge service to our membership

Trump Concierge provides, in a timely manner, comprehensive, personalised, well laid out itineraries which include details on accommodation, golf, transportation, restaurant reservations and any other activities as required by our members and residents.

Liaises with: All departments

MAIN DUTIES - Concierge

• To communicate with our members and residents and pre-plan golfing and leisure activities for them.

• To provide, in a timely manner, comprehensive, personalised, well laid out itineraries which include details on accommodation, golf, transportation, restaurant reservations and any other activities as required by our clients.

• Bookings accommodation on our opera system

• Booking tee times on Lightspeed

• Booking transportation with our providers

• Attention to details is a must

• Preparing reports for arrivals

• To provide an impeccable, 5 star in-house concierge service to all members of Trump International Doonbeg.

• Booking reciprocal bookings in other Trump Properties

• To assist the Concierge in keeping all concierge information updated and filed correctly.

• To assist with the running of Member related tournaments and events.

• Preparing Function sheets and table plans for events

• Preparing invoices for members

• Have a good understanding of Google documents

• To take on specific projects as designated by the Member Services Director.

• The successful candidate will be required to work weekends, early mornings or late evenings as part of the Concierge roster. Concierge service is provided 7 days a week during the summer season.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA

• The ability to listen actively and effectively in order to understand exactly what our members, property owners, and residents require.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Highly computer literate with proficiency in using systems and office software.

• Detail-orientated with a dynamic, proactive and problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience of 5 star hospitality an advantage.

• Positive attitude, cheerful and courteous demeanour.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
