The Role
As Host / Hostess, you will be the first person our guests meet and the last impression they take with them. You will help create a smooth and welcoming arrival experience, manage reservations, support the flow of the restaurant and bring warmth to every guest interaction.
What you'll be doing
* Welcoming guests warmly and creating a strong first impression.
* Managing reservations, guest arrivals and seating plans.
* Supporting the team with smooth table flow during service.
* Communicating clearly with managers, waiters and the kitchen when needed.
* Handling guest questions with confidence, care and professionalism.
* Keeping the entrance and host area organised, presentable and ready for service.
You'll thrive in this role if you
* Warm, positive and confident when speaking with guests.
* Organised and calm in a busy restaurant environment.
* A strong communicator who enjoys working with a team - Swedish speaker is a plus.
* Professional, reliable and well-presented.
* Able to multitask and keep an eye on the details.
