Nestled at 1,500 metres above sea level and accessible only by cable car, vigilius mountain resort is an independent five-star design hotel in South Tyrol, Italy. With 41 rooms and suites, one Michelin Key, EarthCheck certification and membership in Design Hotels™, we welcome international guests seeking exceptional hospitality in a unique natural setting.
We are looking for an experienced General Manager (m/f/d) to lead our hotel with warmth, professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit.
Working closely with the owner family, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, inspire and develop a dedicated team, ensure outstanding guest experiences and drive the continued success of the resort. You will combine operational excellence with strong financial management while preserving the distinctive character and values of vigilius.

About you
Several years of experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager or Resident Manager in an upscale or luxury hotel
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and motivate teams
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
Excellent business and financial acumen
A hands-on approach and strong operational expertise
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative and respectful leadership style
An appreciation for design, architecture and quality
Fluency in German, Italian and English (spoken and written)
The right to work in the European Union
