Job Description
- Accommodation Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of accommodation for employees, ensuring efficient utilization of available rooms and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Room Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of employee accommodation, conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team to promptly address any issues or repairs needed in employee accommodation, ensuring a timely resolution.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of furniture, fixtures, and equipment in employee accommodation, conducting regular checks and reporting any damages or missing items.
- Housekeeping Standards: Ensure that housekeeping standards are maintained in employee accommodation, including regular cleaning, linen and towel changes, and sanitation protocols.
- Health and Safety: Promote a safe and healthy living environment for employees, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, fire safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Employee Assistance: Provide support and assistance to employees regarding accommodation-related concerns or requests, addressing them promptly and professionally.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with employees regarding accommodation-related information, policies, and updates.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of accommodation allocations, maintenance activities, and employee requests, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise the accommodation team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience
Diploma / degree in related field
English Language Communication
