We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front Office Manager to lead the guest experience at one of East Africa's most acclaimed luxury retreats. As a Relais & Châteaux member property, Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa upholds the highest standards of personalised service — from the moment a guest arrives to the moment they depart.


You will lead the front office team, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures, anticipating guest needs, coordinating closely with reservations, housekeeping and the wider operation, and resolving every request with discretion and warmth. As the welcoming face of the resort, you will be a key guardian of our service culture.


The ideal candidate brings a refined hospitality background with at least 5 years in luxury front office or guest relations management, strong operational discipline, confident command of a property management system (Opera or similar), and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest journeys — with the ability to inspire a team while preserving the intimate, family-owned spirit that defines White Sand. Experience in a luxury resort or boutique five-star environment is essential; familiarity with East African or Indian Ocean destinations is a distinct advantage.
