1er Etage is a new concept in Paris that combines the comfort of a refined hotel and the charm of an authentic Parisian apartment. The 1er Etage decoration is a sophisticated mix of furniture with a vintage (50's) design and contemporary.
Our little 'hotels' offer the best combination between Deluxe Guesthouse and Boutique Hotel. Ideally located in districts close to the Opera, the Marais, Place Pigalle, our guests feel 'home away from home' and live 'like a Parisian' during their stay.
Each morning a delicious continental breakfast is served in our elegant and comfortable living room.
Reception is staffed from 7:30 am to 2 pm, and we are present in the morning from 9 am until 11 am to help our guests organise thier trip, and provide hints for making the best of their stay in Paris.
However, access to the property and rooms is possible 24/24h thanks to access codes
