A Pasta Bar is a modern Italian hospitality company founded in SoHo, New York in 2018. Our flagship concept is a an open kitchen experience dedicated to artisanal pasta, design, and a contemporary take on Italian dining. Guests enjoy a unique tasting journey, with dishes prepared and served tableside in the heart of the restaurant.
In 2026, we are expanding to Miami Beach, opening a new flagship location that brings our signature pasta experience to one of the most dynamic dining destinations in the United States.
We aim to represent the modern Italian high-end brand: elegant yet playful, refined yet approachable. Our mission is to create memorable hospitality experiences rooted in Italian tradition while embracing innovation, design, and international energy.
