We are Florida's Oldest Waterfront Restaurant, built in 1889. We are fairly large at around 25,000sq ft. We have 5 bars, and 2 kitchens. We are extremely HIGH VOLUME. We do about $12.5mil a year in sales. We have a great team!!! It is Family owned and operated, many of our employees have been here for over 20years. We run a 25% FC, and 19%LC. It is a giant team that all works together. We need a Great Kitchen General/Chef. We are good, but I want us to BE GREAT!!! I want to improve what we are doing and aim for the stars.
