Atelier V is Central India's first Casual Fine Dine X Cocktail Bar and the brainchild of chef-turned-restauranteur Vedant Newatia who has travelled worldwide and worked with some big chefs. From Switzerland to France to the USA, he has returned with a motive to change the food scene in Central India bringing his experiences along with him. He wants to create a place with a relaxed atmosphere where high-quality cocktails and International comfort food are served.
