Dating back to 1051 transformed from an abbey into a wine resort in the Chianti area, Badia a Coltibuono features 10 double rooms and 4 self-catered apartments for a total of 45 sleeping places. The rooms were the former monks' cells, founders and first inhabitants of Badia a Coltibuono.
Our beautiful Italian style garden, the pool and the gourmet restaurant, located a few steps outside the Abbey walls, complete the magic of this unique wine resort. We organize both for our resident guests and visitors, wine, olive oil or honey tastings, guided visits of the Abbey and cooking classes.
