Boneshaker Donuts started from a simple idea: handmade donuts, awesome coffee, and good vibes in the center of Paris.
In 2015, pastry chef and Cordon Bleu Paris alumna Amanda Bankert (an American in Paris) purchased a small home fryer for 10 euros at a yard sale in Montmartre and started making artisanal donuts for local coffee shops. The following summer opened the doors of Paris’ first authentic donut shop in the food-centric 2nd arrondissement.
Boneshaker’s menu is 100% plant-based. All pastries are vegan and made fresh every morning with the highest-quality ingredients by trained pastry chefs.
