Bouquerie is a small tourist lodging located in the beautiful medieval village of Lagrasse, in the South West of France. Due to open in June 2023, Bouquerie comprises 7 suites with 2 more suites due to become available in early 2024. It also has a culinary studio which will be used by visiting chefs, cooking classes and food related events. The owners are South Africans living in France who have had many years experience in the hotel and game lodge industry in South Africa. Bouquerie has a sister hotel in Johannesburg, South Africa called Ten Bompas Hotel, a member of Design Hotels.
