Since 1995, Cambodia Airports has held the concession to develop and manage Cambodia’s international airports under a public-private partnership with the Royal Government. These include:
Phnom Penh International Airport – serving the capital (until September 9, 2025)
Siem Reap International Airport – gateway to Angkor (until October 15, 2023)
Sihanoukville International Airport – serving the coastal city and beach resorts
Cambodia Airports is jointly owned by VINCI Airports (70%) and Muhibbah Masteron Cambodia (30%), a Malaysian-Cambodian venture.
In 2019, the airports welcomed 11.6 million passengers, connected to 600 destinations, and hosted 53 airlines.
As key contributors to Cambodia’s economy, the airports supported:
17% of national GDP (2015)
Over 1.7 million jobs, representing 20% of the workforce
A New Chapter: Techo International Airport On 9th of September 2025, all airport operations will relocate to Techo International Airport. Cambodia Airports remains the aeronautical operator of the new platform.
