The ultimate country-side retreat, Clonabreany House is perfect for celebrating life's special moments.
The historic house and estate comprises of the 18th Century Clonabreany House with ten large Coach Houses in the Clonabreany Courtyard, The Grand Marquee (Banquet Hall) for large weddings and house-parties, The Butler's Rest a traditional Irish sibin and Diamor Rooms, a restaurant and private events space. There is also the Orchard Room with views of the ancient and mystical Sliabh na Caillaigh hills for civil ceremonies or for something a little different the magic of the Tunnel Wood, Upper Lake and Upper Courtyard for those wanting a truly unique outdoor celebration.
The estate extends to 25 acres of mature and young woodland, tunnels, walk-ways, walled garden and the connecting Upper, Middle and Lower Lakes are home to swans, teal, snipe and moorhens. Our gillies and wild fowlers are also on hand to take you to nearby Lough Sheelin and the great lakes of Cavan and Westmeath. Horse Riding, Fishing and Shooting, once the traditional pursuits of this great house, are also available on site or nearby by arrangement.
Clonabreany House is available for private hire all year round.
