Couverture’s pâtisserie heritage dates back as far as a century, firmly rooted in co-founder Margaret’s famous family bakery in County Kerry, Ireland. Joined by chocolatier professional Celine in 1998, Couverture was born; their passion for sweet treats and decadent desserts evident in every delicious bite.

Today our entire range remains handmade by a team of highly-skilled pâtissiers in the heart of Dublin. Delicately crafting classically modern desserts is a fine art, ingrained into Couverture from the roots. From cheesecake and gateaux to pies and tarts, each of our mouth-watering sweets reflect this mastery.
