FREVO is a New York City concept gravitating around creative food and art, co-founded by chef Franco Sampogna and restaurateur Bernardo Silva.
Located in the heart of Greenwich Village, FREVO features a Michelin-starred restaurant nested behind a contemporary art gallery.
The sleek 16-seat counter offers an intimate dining experience, featuring an open kitchen that overlooks the chef's work.
The menu follows the seasons and evolves continuously, as does the art gallery, which showcases a new exhibition every three months.
Rewarded with one Michelin Star since 2022 and nominated as a finalist for Best Chef New York State by the James Beard Foundation, Chef Franco Sampogna was also selected amongst the 548 Best Chefs in the World for The Best Chef Awards 2024.
Frevo's beverage program is directed by sommelier Quentin Vauleon, who was recognized as Best Young Sommelier in France in 2017 and runner-up for Best Sommelier in France 2024.
