- Il Galì, locale aperto nel 2012 situato nel centro di Cuneo che nel 2019 ha ottenuto un completo restyling, portandolo al locale che è ora.
- il Caffè Roma Bistrot, un locale storico nel centro di Fossano, riaperto dal nostro gruppo nel 2019
- La Maccheria, inaugurata nel 2019 a Cuneo. Ci piace definirlo un pastificio con Cucina, la nostra pasta è fatta rigorosamente a mano.
Nel 2021, inoltre, parte il progetto OSM Restaurant Cuneo, ovvero franchising di Consulenza e formazione specifica nel mondo HO.RE.CA
