Huset Restaurant is one of Svalbard’s most iconic culinary institutions, known for its ambitious tasting menus, deep commitment to Arctic ingredients, and one of Scandinavia’s largest wine cellars. Our culinary project is rooted in Nordic traditions, with a strong focus on fermentation, preservation, and showcasing the raw character of the High Arctic. Under the leadership of Head Chef Alberto Lozano, the team is dedicated to pushing boundaries and exploring new expressions of Arctic cuisine.
