Finally opened in April of 2021, La Textil combines three aspects of the human experience that are at the heart of what brings people around the world together - sharing good food, having a few drinks, and experiencing live music. The unique aspect of our space is that we make everything that we have to offer our clients from basic local ingredients. From the craft beers and house-made cola on tap, to all of the food that is seared or smoked in the Josper oven that anchors our show kitchen, to the sound of the band as they commence, every experience is unique and ephemeral as it must be when it is created at that moment for that place and time.
We have a lot of passion for what we do, but we also try to remind ourselves not to take it too seriously. After all, it's just a bar, a restaurant, and a music venue. So what.
