Merino Hospitality

Merino Hospitality is the brainchild of Louise Carr and her husband Caio Merino.

After gathering knowledge and experience working for a variety of luxury brands such as the famous Savoy and Marriott Grosvenor Square hotels in London, Burberry PLC, Casa Fasano in Sao Paulo and Hotel La Residencia in Mallorca, the couple conceived Merino Hospitality to fulfil their passion for hospitality. They met during their studies at Les Roches Hotel Management School in Switzerland.
