siamo Nidaba, un ristorante che è nato nel 1979 come la prima birreria del Veneto. Siamo un ristorante specializzato in birra, e non una birreria nel senso stretto della parola. Guardiamo ai ristoranti del nord Europa come il Barr, Selma, Ekstedt. In zona ci distinguiamo perché ci facciamo tutto e non usiamo niente di preparato o surgelato. Anche le carcasse arrivano intere. In questo momento stiamo imparando a farci il pane, che è l'ultimo step per essere autosufficienti al 100/100.
