Tetrarch Hospitality was formed in 2015 in response to the ongoing requirement to actively manage and streamline the operations of the leisure properties within the portfolio of Tetrarch Capital.
Tetrarch Capital is an Irish owned, Dublin based real estate investment and development platform that is particularly active in the office, retail, multifamily / residential, hotel / hospitality and leisure sectors.
The firm was formed in early 2011 and has been one of the most active participants in the Irish real estate market since its incorporation. Tetrarch Capital are a long term investors in the Irish real estate market. We have a clear, multi-layered market strategy and plan to grow our portfolio materially in the coming years, largely through bolt on acquisitions that are adjacent and / or particularly strategic to our existing holdings. We will also undertake selective development within our portfolio.
Tetrarch now has a significant portfolio of commercial investment and development properties primarily within Dublin city center and beyond.
