In July 2022, two Italians (with a completely different working background but with a lot of love for Japan, wine, food and hospitality) opened TIPICO in Fukuoka, their second home. TIPICO, as the name says, is really a typical Italian place, that serve traditional but carefully crafted Italian food and delicious wines, mainly by the glass. It's a place in between a high-class osteria, a wine bar and a bacaro. It's a very particular place, and not only for Japan where all Italian restaurants are a "japanised version" of their idea of Italian cuisine. Despite all odds, TIPICO has been a great success since day one.
It scores 4.9 stars on GMaps and has plenty of recurrent customers who come back to taste the seasonal, always changing menu, simple but really special (as they say about us).
After three years, the owners want to hire someone who can cook the best traditional Italian food and take TIPICO to the next level.
