With over twenty years of professional experience in the hospitality sector, Dorit Von Der Osten is the General Manager (GM) at Vienna House QF Dresden. A boutique hotel focused on culture, music and a wanderlust lifestyle.
Von Der Osten started her career as a Front Office Agent at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin in 98’, from which she moved on to different departments within the room’s division becoming an expert in the ins & outs of hotel management.
As a GM, Von Der Osten spurs her Vienna House team to be proactive, innovative and to have fun in everything they do. Part of the company’s culture is to empower its team by “allowing people to take risks and to try things out.” She looks forward to welcoming energetic young talents that are eager to learn and to make a difference in hostelry.
