CUSCO

Cusco and its surrounding region, including Machu Picchu and the Incas’ Sacred Valley, is the best attraction that Peru (or possibly all of South America) has to offer. As the former capital of the Inca Empire, the city is rich in culture and history. There are numerous important archaeological sites, abundant natural beauty and a thriving traditional culture.

The Incas considered the city to be the center of the universe (Cusco means “navel” in Quechua), and you’ll find that its supreme importance to Andean culture continues to this day.

Our hostel is located just outside of the central plaza, giving it quite possibly the best view in the entire city. Our parties are known as some of the wildest in town, with good music and abundant drinks, made strong and cheap. Once it’s time to go to bed, we’ve also invested in insulation and high-quality bedding, ensuring that you’ll get a great night sleep before your early-morning treks or excursions. Wild Rover is the perfect base to explore Cusco’s amazing sights, and have the time of your life while you’re here!

AREQUIPA

Arequipa, which is known as the “white city” for its baroque-style buildings made from white volcanic stone, is Peru’s second largest city by population and one of the most frequently visited by tourists. Every year, thousands of visitors flock to this volcano-surrounded southern city to appreciate its stunning colonial architecture, unique local culture and amazing natural beauty.

Our hostel, located right in the heart of Arequipa, provides the perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding area. Located in a former school, it features a pool and three sunny courtyards where you can enjoy the city’s year-round pleasant weather. There are fun daily activities organized by our staff (sports, cultural activities, gastronomic events, etc.) as well as tours and excursions available to book right at the hostel. We’ve created a unique atmosphere here at Wild Rover Arequipa – a place that can be enjoyed by all kinds of travelers from all different walks of life.

LA PAZ

La Paz is the highest capital city in the world and an essential stop for anyone following the classic “gringo trail.” A frantically busy cosmopolitan city, La Paz takes some time to grow on people, but once you discover its charms, you’ll be very glad you visited. It’s a city full of interesting history and culture to explore, as well as a convenient base for trips and excursions further afield in Bolivia such as the Uyuni Salt Flats or the Amazon jungle.

Our hostel is located right in the heart of the historic center of La Paz. As the home of the highest Irish bar in the world at 3600 meters, Wild Rover offers some of the best parties in the city and a great place to socialize with people from all over the world. Once it’s time to go to bed, you’re sure to get a good night’s sleep since all of our rooms are equipped with top-quality comfortable beds and linens.

With the perfect combination of fun, convenience and affordability, Wild Rover is the best place to stay in La Paz.
