What you will learn
The Bachelor of Business in Hotel & Catering Management is a three-year full-time

Course details
Who is the course for?
This course is for those who have limited or no exposure to the hospitality or tourism industry and wish to develop their skills further.
Graduates often begin their careers at a supervisory level in hospitality and tourism
establishments and progress to general management or ownership. The focus of this
business degree is to provide key business knowledge, practical skills and a clear
understanding of how the industry operates in its many different forms.
This degree will prepare you for employment at graduate management level within all aspects of the hospitality industry from corporate hospitality management, restaurant/bar
management to five-star hotel properties.
Graduates may progress to the to the final year of the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in International Hotel Management.
