We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor for our 4-star property, be. HOTEL.
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a dining establishment, including both business and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, setting and achieving monthly goals, and proposing innovative menu ideas. The role also involves monitoring food and beverage inventories, selecting appropriate beverage supplies, and ensuring cost efficiency.
Additional duties include hiring, training, and scheduling staff, as well as leading and managing the Food & Beverage team. The supervisor ensures exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving complaints related to food quality or service. Strict adherence to food safety policies and procedures is essential to maintain the highest standards of operation.

Proven experience as a Food & Beverage operation, or similar role
Fluent in writing and spoken English
