SALES MANAGER - DUBLIN



Is selling in your DNA? Do you have a knack for unearthing leads and turning them into loyal customers? Thrive on building and nurturing lasting relationships?



You’ll be a key part of the sales team in Dublin for both Beckett Locke and Zanzibar Locke. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll strengthen our position in the Dublin market and generate demand, engaging potential customers, and contributing to strong commercial momentum. This is a hands-on, on-property role supporting the sales drive during an exciting growth phase.

THE WORK IN YOUR HANDS




  • Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets

  • Delivering and exceeding individual and team targets

  • Actively nurturing existing relationships while seeking and winning new business

  • Managing key clients, conducting reviews to identify opportunities and executing development plans to maximise revenue

  • Actively assisting with B2B sales, managing key local accounts and liaising with the central sales team to engage with key central accounts

  • Identifying new and existing leads and liaising with decision makers

  • Ensuring databases are kept up to date

  • Staying in-the-know with Locke business developments across all locations

  • Report weekly on sales activity

  • Networking at events, exhibitions and conferences to grow strong relationships

  • Hosting fam trips, property showcases, sales presentations and events

  • Taking part in training and fostering a sales culture

  • Next-level communication

  • Demonstrable understanding of Locke’s business and brand

  • Local knowledge and contacts in Dublin

  • Competence in Word, PowerPoint and Excel for sales presentations and reporting, plus CRM 



 



YOUR PROVEN TRACK




  • 2+ years’ experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or relocation housing sales, ideally across multiple markets.

  • Experience managing client portfolios with annual revenues of €2m+.

  • Hospitality sales and account management experience in the Dublin market
