With over 90 rooms and suites, 5 restaurants, 2 bars, and a legendary nightclub, the Gstaad Palace is an internationally renowned 5-star luxury hotel. Five conference rooms—including a ballroom ranging from 21 to 240 m²—complement the outstanding offerings. The hotel is privately owned by the Scherz family and remains one of the last traditionally family-run grand hotels—a true Swiss landmark.


Your Responsibilities


  • Act as the interface between various departments
  • Support the planning and coordination of events, including alignment with internal departments and external partners
  • Organize materials and technical equipment required for events and provide on-site operational support
  • Record, verify, and update information in the hotel PMS (Protel)
  • Conduct site inspections and property tours
  • Prepare and follow up on offers
  • Monitor contracts and pro forma invoices
  • Handle room reservation requests for group bookings
  • As part of the Commercial Team, contribute to all strategic initiatives in the Sales & Marketing domain

About you

What Sets You Apart


  • Completed training in hospitality and initial experience in a comparable position within upscale hotels
  • Professional expertise, creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of quality
  • Structured and well-organized working style
  • Strong interest in collaborative, team-oriented work
  • Excellent German and English skills; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus
