About you
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Present menus to customers and answer any questions they may have about the dishes and beverages.
Take accurate orders and ensure they are delivered promptly to the kitchen for preparation.
Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
Prepare and set up dining areas, ensuring they are clean and well-organized.
Process payments and ensure accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Language required: English. Danish, German, Italian, Norwegian, and Swedish are a plus

Karpathian Collection is a local brand that consists of two four stars hotels, Parasol Luxury Hotel (56 rooms among them 16 suites) and Aegean Village Beachfront Resort (72 rooms among them 18 suites). We are operating in the island of Karpathos in southern Greece, with more than 20 years in the hospitality industry we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team for the upcoming summer season 2024 (May to October)
