The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) holds a major position within Le Collectionist, driving the execution of the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for property rentals and tailor-made sales. As a key member of the executive team, the CSO plays a critical role in steering the company's growth trajectory. Primarily responsible for revenue generation, the CSO oversees the monitoring and activation of sales teams, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives : ***Strategic sales leadership:*** * Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy encompassing B2C, B2B2C, B2B, and Concierge services * Develop and implement a robust sales plan in alignment with organizational goals, including identifying target markets, defining sales goals, and establishing effective sales methodologies and processes ***Organizational transformation:*** * Drive organizational change initiatives by consolidating the global sales teams * Establish and lead the Sales Hub to optimize sales performance and meet company objectives * Design and implement structured roles and career paths to foster professional development and drive team effectiveness ***Revenue generation:*** * Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets by setting clear sales objectives, implementing performance metrics, and deploying impactful sales strategies * Continuously monitor sales performance, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent revenue growth ***Strategic partnerships:*** * Cultivate strategic partnerships with travel agencies and other key stakeholders to expand market reach and enhance revenue streams * Implement and oversee the Account Management function, including designing playbooks, establishing KPIs, and nurturing customer and partner relationships * Ensure Account Managers are equipped with the necessary resources and support to excel in customer retention and expansion efforts ***Key Account Management:*** * Foster and maintain relationships with high-value accounts to optimize customer satisfaction and retention rates ***Market positioning:*** * Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge * Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales approaches and reinforce the company's position within the travel ecosystem ***Team development:*** * Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to build a high-performing sales team * Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration * Develop comprehensive training and onboarding materials to equip team members with necessary skills and knowledge ** *Cross-functional collaboration:*** * Collaborate closely with other members of the Executive Management Team to ensure alignment and synergy across departments * Work in tandem with supply, stay,  marketing, and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth ***Performance reporting:*** * Prepare regular sales reports and presentations, offering insights into sales performance, trends, and future projections * Present findings and recommendations to the Management Team to inform strategic decision-making processes **Perks** 🚌 Reimbursement of 50% of the transport pass 🎂 1 day off for your birthday (excluding weekends and public holidays) 🍽️ Restaurant vouchers worth €8 💻 An iPhone and a laptop 🎊 Events all year round (Christmas Party, Raclette Party, Summer Party…) 💵 Infinite co-optation (up to €1000 for a permanent contract) ☀️ A surprise experience worth €150 to be obtained each quarter 🏡 2 remote days per week 🏋🏽 Gymlib subscription (activities and sports in France) ✨ Happypal account for cultural activities
