The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced and guest-focused Guest Relations Supervisor to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the guest relations department, ensuring an exceptional standard of service for all guests from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the guest relations team to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and those requiring special attention.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless and personalized guest journey.
- Recommend activities, dining options, and resort services tailored to guest preferences.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service enhancements where necessary.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar guest-facing supervisory role within a luxury hospitality environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and lead by example
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
