Shift Leader M/F - Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Lisboa Hotel

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the daily Front Office operations, ensuring service excellence and delivering memorable guest experiences. You will play a key role in team management, operational efficiency, and maintaining the quality standards of the hotel. 

• Coordinate and support the Front Office team, ensuring high service standards at all times;
• Organise and supervise daily Reception operations, including shift management and handovers;
• Deliver an exceptional welcome experience to guests, with special attention to VIP guests and special requests;
• Manage and resolve operational issues and guest complaints, promoting guest satisfaction and loyalty;
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and hotel quality standards;
• Support the training and development of team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.

• Previous experience in Front Office roles, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry;
• Experience in team coordination or leadership roles;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong guest-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence;
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and attention to detail;
• Proactive attitude, autonomy and initiative;
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and varying schedules;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
