L’été représente une période de forte affluence avec une clientèle spécifique : familles avec enfants, voyageurs internationaux, groupes de loisirs. Nos demandes se concentrent autour de la restauration en plein air (terrasse, rooftop...), des activités outdoor (bâteaux, tour eiffel..) et des séjours incluant des tours exclusifs. Cela pourra être le lien notamment avec le projet "Valorisation des offres Famille vis-à-vis des agences et entreprises MICE US" prévu fin d'année 2026 et début 2027.

Axe 1 – Découverte du service, des clients & prestataires création tableau des profils clients faisant appel aux services de notre loge (familles, couples, groupes, seniors…) avec leurs attentes + liste catégorisée des prestataires (déjà existante) à mettre à jour selon les besoins
Axe 2 – Analyser et traiter les demandes (avec partie Front) : cartographie des demandes estivales (familles / restauration avec notamment les fermetures des restaurants concentrées sur le mois d'août) + processus de traitement
Axe 3 – Mettre à jour les templates + Suivi des messages pré-arrivals - inventaire + mises à jour estivales spécifiques à apporter (travail en back office - appréhender notamment tout le travail en amont et soutien de l'opérationnel)
